Miranda Malone is the founder and CEO of Essential Rejuvenation Medical Esthetics in O’Fallon, MO, and the non-profit Elley’s Hope. She is an award-winning medical esthetician and paramedical tattoo artist specializing in advanced skin treatments, laser tattoo removal, and holistic skin health.

With over 24 years of medical experience and 13 years in esthetics, Miranda is a 8x certified laser technician, certified medical assistant, and trained in naturopathy. She is known for her results-driven, no-fluff approach, focusing on correcting complex skin conditions and delivering natural, long-term results through customized treatment plans.

Miranda has been recognized as Best Med Spa (2022–2025), Best Esthetician in O’Fallon (2024/2025), and Best Laser Tattoo Removal Specialist in O’Fallon (2024/2025). She was also named Woman of the Year (2023) by (Little Black Book Women In Business), where she served five years in leadership, including two years as President of the Wentzville Chapter.

Through Elley’s Hope, Miranda provides paramedical tattooing, scar revision, and branding removal services for survivors of trafficking, trauma, and cancer. Inspired by her late mother, Shelley Malone, this work reflects her commitment to restoring confidence, dignity, and hope.
